Why Smart Home Buyers Choose
Greater Way Home Inspections
When you choose Greater Way, you're not just getting an inspection report. You're getting a partner who cares as much about your home as you do.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and you deserve an inspector who gives you the full picture, not just a checklist.

Integrity First
We uphold truth and honesty in every inspection, giving you a transparent report you can trust, no matter what we find.

We Are On Your Side
We work for you, not the sale. Our job is to give you the facts so you can make a confident decision, whatever that decision turns out to be.

Excellence in Every Detail
We follow industry-leading standards and use advanced tools with a trained eye, so nothing gets overlooked, from the foundation to the attic.

Faith-Guided Service
Our work reflects our faith in Jesus. We serve with humility, purpose, and a commitment to doing what's right, before you and before God.

Fast Turnaround
You'll have your full report within 24 hours of the inspection, so you never lose time in a competitive deal.

Stewardship
Every inspection is a chance to help you make a wise, informed decision, protecting your investment and your family's future home.
Residential Home Inspection
Our inspections follow the format of the Texas Real Estate Commission's (TREC) Property Inspection Report Form (REI 7-6), the state-mandated standard for licensed inspectors. Every system is evaluated and reported using TREC's classifications: Inspected, Not Inspected, Not Present, or Deficient, giving you a clear, standardized picture of the home's condition.
